Should you discover that you are not satisfied with your purchase we will happily exchange the item once or, you can choose to return the item and receive a credit note for use in our online-store for the purchased amount. Delivery Timelines:

In-Stock Items (Dubai): Delivered within 3–5 business days.

In-Stock Items (Other Emirates): Delivered within 5–7 business days.

Made-to-Order or Custom Pieces: Typically delivered within 4–6 weeks, depending on production and finishing requirements.

White Glove Delivery (on request): Includes placement and unpacking—available at an additional cost and may require 1–2 extra days.

Delivery Charges:

We offer complimentary delivery within Dubai for orders above AED 1,500.

For orders below AED 1,500, a standard delivery fee of AED 150 applies within Dubai.

Deliveries to all other Emirates are subject to a flat fee of AED 200, regardless of the order value.

As a result, the weight of every item varies naturally, depending on the specific characteristics of the tree it came from.

These tables are incredibly sturdy and heavy, requiring manpower to move once placed in your space. This substantial weight is a true mark of their authenticity and quality, offering lasting durability and a grounded, timeless presence in your home.

Each solid piece of Suar or Teak wood side table or coffee table is entirely unique, with natural variations in grain, texture, and colour that depend on the specific tree trunk it was carved from.

These organic differences mean that no two pieces are ever exactly alike - what you receive is truly one-of-a-kind. Because of this, the product you receive may differ slightly from the images shown, reflecting the natural beauty and individuality of the wood.
