General Maintenance 

• Regular Dusting – Use a soft, dry cloth or a microfiber duster to remove dust and debris from both the teak top and the concrete fibre base. 
• Gentle Cleaning – Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid excessive moisture, especially on the teakwood top, as it is a natural material. 
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals – Do not use bleach, ammonia, or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage both the wood and the concrete fibre finish. 

Caring for the Teakwood Top 

• Prevent Stains – Since teak is a natural wood, it can absorb liquids. Wipe spills immediately and use coasters for drinks to prevent marks. 
• Oiling (Optional) – If you want to maintain the wood’s rich color, you can apply a thin layer of teak oil every few months. Let it absorb fully and wipe off any excess. If left untreated, teak will naturally develop a silver-grey patina over time. 
• Minimize Sun Exposure – Prolonged direct sunlight can cause teak to dry out or lighten. If placed in a bright area, occasional rotation can help even out the aging process. 

Caring for the Concrete Fibre Base 

• Wipe Gently – Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid scrubbing, as concrete fibre has a sealed finish that can be affected by abrasion. 
• Prevent Scratches & Chips – Avoid dragging heavy objects across the surface. If scratches occur, a specialized concrete sealant may help restore the finish.
