Delivery & Assembly in UAE

Bondai Concept provides free delivery for purchases over 1500 AED to Dubai.
For purchases under 1500 AED, a delivery charge of 200 AED is applicable.

The standard delivery charge to Dubai is 200 AED.
Standard delivery charges to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain are 500 AED.
Once the payment for your ordered item is received, our after-sales service team will call you within 24 hours to book a convenient time for delivery.

When booking, please inform us of any delivery restrictions at the address, such as limited access to the property or elevator availability for upper floors. Our items, such as marble or solid wood, can be heavy and may not fit in smaller spaces. As a result, access areas, elevators, and staircases could limit the ability to move items into your apartment, villa, or other locations

We do not collect or dispose of unwanted furniture. We cannot hang wall-mounted products or fittings or connect any electrical items.

Items that require assembly, such as bed frames, are included in the delivery charge.

Typically, your order will arrive within the estimated delivery time listed on the product page. However, the actual delivery date may be influenced by factors such as courier schedules, weather conditions, and other external circumstances. For the most accurate delivery information, please check the tracking details or contact our customer care team.

Please note that your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. If you don't receive all your items in the first delivery, rest assured they will arrive in a subsequent batch. You will receive a separate update or tracking number for each remaining shipment

At Bondai Concept, we want you to love your furniture as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Damages & Issues

We take great care in ensuring your furniture arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it thoroughly upon delivery and inform the delivery team about your concern. Provide photos of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.

Returns & Eligibility

Thoroughly inspect your item upon receipt, following any specific instructions provided for placing your items and furniture. Any items that are damaged or marked in any way must be reported before the delivery team departure and returned in the original packaging they were received in.

Once the delivery team has departed, it is understood and accepted by the customer that the item has been received in proper working condition, free from any faults, damage, or defects. No requests for return, exchange, or claims will be accepted thereafter.

Please note that accidental damage is not covered under our replacement policy.

To qualify for a return: ✔ Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including: ❌ Custom or made-to-order pieces (as they are handcrafted just for you). ❌ Final sale or clearance items. ❌ Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or neglect.

Exchanges

Prefer a different piece? Should you discover that you are not satisfied with your purchase we will happily exchange the item once or, you can choose to return the item and receive a credit note for use in our online-store for the purchased amount. Valid for 12 months from the initial date of purchase.

Collection and re-delivery of products are chargeable at AED 200 for Dubai Only
For other Emirates, delivery and packing will be quoted separately.

Bondai Concept has a strict no-refund policy.

Products sold on promotions are not eligible for exchange, credit note returns or refunds. 
Any purchased item must be unused and in the same condition you received.

Any item returned not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for exchange or credit note.

Kindly keep and present your original receipt upon request.

Delivery charges are, unfortunately, non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item , we will notify you of approval. If approved, you will receive a credit note for use in our online-store for the purchased amount.

The credit note is valid for 12 months from the initial date of purchase.

Disclaimers

In the event of a customer claiming damages due to misuse or incorrect installation, we request clear photographic evidence demonstrating the issue. This documentation should be submitted along with the complaint to help us assess the validity of the claim accurately. We reserve the right to reject replacement or refund requests if sufficient evidence is not provided. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper installation and usage as per the product guidelines.

Bondai Concept is not responsible for any special, indirect, or accidental damages that may happen from the use or sale of our products. This includes but not limited to damage to other property or equipment, personal injury, or any additional costs that may incur. If there is any issue with a product, our maximum responsibility will be limited to refunding or replacing the item—up to the amount paid for the item
